Job Description

Title: Desktop Systems Engineer Consultant
Type of role: Contract - 6-12+ Months (On-site)
Location: Palo Alto, CA

Desktop support for users on-site in Palo Alto
Take direction from Manager, IT and Associate Manager, IT
Work the service desk queue in Jira for user support requests
Serve as a direct support contact for users
Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment with changing responsibilities
2+ years of experience in IT support
Experience working in regulated, lab centric environments
Experience working with Azure AD and/or Office 365 is a must
Ability to work around the schedule of users with strict timelines and limited availability
Preferred Skills
Experience with Meraki, configuring VPNs for user systems is a huge plus
Familiarity with Intune, Asset Panda, Adobe, Veeva, SharePoint
