Title: Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Consultant
Type of role: Contract - 12+ Months
Location: On-site Bridgewater, NJ / hybrid or
South San Francisco (hybrid)
As the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Consultant you will be responsible for the day-to-day, support, and continuous improvement of the MES platform across our manufacturing operations. Your focus will be on system reliability, process optimization, troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance manufacturing performance. You will work closely with IT, manufacturing, quality, and external vendors to maintain and expand MES capabilities in alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
? MES System Management: Hands-on support of the MES
platform, ensuring system reliability, uptime, and performance for
manufacturing operations.
? Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Provide day-to-day
technical support for MES across manufacturing sites, diagnosing
and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
? New Process Implementation: Ensure successful implementation of
new applications for new customer processes at the IDMO.
? Root Cause Analysis: Investigate MES-related issues, identify root
causes, and implement corrective actions to improve system stability
and efficiency.
? Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing,
quality, IT, and business stakeholders to understand process needs
and implement MES enhancements that drive operational efficiency.
? Software Development & Configuration: Hands-on
configuration and customization of MES applications, ensuring
solutions align with manufacturing requirements.
